Joseph E. Freck has resided in Gainesville since October
1, 1973. He has served as President or CEO of several successful companies
since that time. He entered the real estate profession on March 1, 1981,
and sold a commercial property his first day on the job! He was co-founder
and owner of his own brokerageg franchise in the 1980's, and has
served as Vice-President or President for various real estate companies
and mortgage companies in the Gainesville / Alachua County area.

| Chester "Chet" Harris has been
a licensed real estate agent in the Gainesville area since 1996. Mr. Harris
has served as Joseph Freck's Personal Assistant since April 2001. He coordinates
and handles most of the showings and open houses for Joseph Freck. Mr.
Harris exceeded over $1,000,000 in sales in his first 10 months with Freck
and Prudential Trend Realty. Harris supervises the listing inventory and
handles all property inspections, as well as assisting as Advertising/Promotion
director for Joe Freck. |
