The Joe Freck Team of Real Estate Professionals
 
Joseph E. Freck has resided in Gainesville since October 1, 1973. He has served as President or CEO of several successful companies since that time. He entered the real estate profession on March 1, 1981, and sold a commercial property his first day on the job! He was co-founder and owner of his own ERA franchise in the 1980's, and has served as Vice-President or President for various real estate companies and mortgage companies in the Gainesville / Alachua County area.

In addition to being a professional real estate sales person,  Joseph E. Freck practices what he preaches.  At any given time he owns and personally oversees his own real estate portfolio of residential and commercial investments in excess of $10 million.  He believes that in the long run,  real estate investments will perforn better than owning stocks or bonds.
 Chet Harris
Chester "Chet" Harris has been a licensed real estate agent in the Gainesville area since 1996. Mr. Harris has served as Joseph Freck's Personal Assistant since April 2001. He coordinates and handles most of the showings and open houses for Joseph Freck. Mr. Harris exceeded over $1,000,000 in sales in his first 10 months with Freck and ERA Trend Realty. Harris supervises the listing inventory and handles all property inspections, as well as assisting as Advertising/Promotion director for Joe Freck.
